The Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has reiterated his personal commitment to closely follow up on the brutal killings of Kaduna citizens who were travelling for a wedding in Plateau State.

According to him, he would make sure he followed up the case, as well as the operations of security agencies in their efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice, adding that arrests have been made and the search for others involved continues.

Governor Uba Sani stated this on his verified Facebook when he visited the injured victims at 44 Army Reference Hospital, Kaduna.

According to him, he will not relent until all those responsible face the full weight of the law, just as he urged the Medical Director of the hospital to ensure the victims receive the best possible care.

“The Kaduna State Government has assumed full responsibility for their treatment and will provide psychosocial counseling to help them heal from this trauma before they are reunited with their families and reintegrated into society,” he said.
