‘We never knew we’ll be President, successful businessman’ – Tinubu showcases schoolmate [VIDEO]

President Bola Tinubu on Monday showcased one Alex, who he identified as his former neighbour and school mate in Chicago, the United States.

Tinubu said he and Alex never dreamt they would turn out as a president and a successful businessman, respectively.

The President spoke about Alex during the launch of 2000 tractors and other equipment for the Federal Government’s Agricultural Mechanization Programme in Abuja.

According to him, Alex hails from Belarus.

“To all of you, Alex was my very good neighbour and went to the same school with me in Chicago.

“Never did we dream that I would be in this position as President of Nigeria and Alex, a successful businessman from Belarus.

“I sincerely commend the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security for their proactive efforts in addressing the food crisis and maintaining stability with our food system.
