Gaofetoge and Mahlasela missed the Mares’ first game against Algeria due to suspension.
Alex Malete’s side lost 1-0 to the Algerians.
Botswana must avoid defeat against the Super Falcons to stand a chance of progressing to the knockout round.
The encounter will take place at the Labri Zaouli Stadium, Casablanca, on Thursday.
The game will kick off at 8 pm Nigerian time.
