Napoli have asked Galatasaray to provide bank guarantees, as they try to seal a €75m move for Victor Osimhen.
The Turkish champions are ready to pay the fee which is Osimhen’s release clause.
But they want to spread payment over five years.
Napoli have reportedly rejected that offer and football transfer, Fabrizio Romano, has now said the Serie A side are demanding assurances.
Romano wrote on X: “The deal for Victor Osimhen has never been off so far as talks are still underway with Napoli.
“Italian club insist to have bank guarantees as key step to accept €75m in five years.
“Galatasaray remain in Milano to negotiate and get the green light.”
