Andrew Kayemba, popularly known as Sizza Man and CEO of Zebrakross Entertainment, has come under fire after a woman named Nanyonga Mariam publicly accused him of neglecting his parental responsibilities.
According to Nanyonga, she and Sizza Man share a son together. She claims the “Taxi Money” singer has failed to play any role in the child’s life since birth.
In an exclusive interview with Sanyuka TV, she recounted their relationship and the struggles she faced raising the child on her own.
Nanyonga revealed that she met Sizza Man back in 2005 when she was just 15 years old, during a performance he had with Bobi Wine’s Firebase Crew in Pallisa. After the show, Sizza Man gave her his contact, along with that of fellow Firebase member, Mr. Parrot.
Soon after, Nanyonga discovered she was pregnant. When she informed Sizza Man, he encouraged her to keep the baby, saying his family did not support abortion.
However, he reportedly offered no support thereafter. At the time, Nanyonga was still in Senior Two, and her education was disrupted due to the pregnancy.

With nowhere else to turn, she contacted Mr. Parrot, who directed her to the Firebase studio in Kamwokya. After traveling to Kampala, she was welcomed by Jjajja Nana and eventually met Bobi Wine and other Firebase members. Upon hearing her story, Bobi and Buchaman even gave her son the nickname Buju Banton. She spent the night at Bobi Wine’s home in Ntinda and received Shs 70,000 for baby supplies before returning to her village.
Despite her attempts to reconnect, Nanyonga claims she never heard from Sizza Man again. Later, when she moved to Kampala for work, her son’s behavior became difficult to manage.
She reached out to Sizza Man, who advised her to drop the child off at his parents’ home in Mukono. Nanyonga, accompanied by a friend, Lil Pazo, complied. However, she was allegedly met with hostility from Sizza’s father, who gave her Shs 3,000 and ordered her to leave, insisting that Sizza Man should be the one to bring the child home.
Amid these struggles, Nanyonga received news that her father had fallen seriously ill in Pallisa. She returned home to care for him, but he passed away. She again attempted to contact Sizza Man, but her calls were ignored, and his phone was eventually switched off.
Upon returning to Kampala, she tried to move on. However, another crisis arose when her mother in Rwanda became ill. Unable to take her now 7-year-old son with her, she once again left him in the care of Sizza Man’s family. Not long after, she was called back to Uganda after being told the boy had stolen money and run away. Her son later denied the claim, saying he had taken Shs 20,000 for transport because he was tired of being insulted and shamed by his grandfather.
Sizza Man’s father reportedly warned her not to return with the boy unless the singer himself was present.
Nanyonga revealed that the only financial support she ever received from Sizza Man was Shs 80,000 for Christmas shopping when the child was still very young.
In the interview, the boy expressed his only wish: for Sizza Man to publicly acknowledge him as his son and introduce him to his paternal relatives. Nanyonga echoed this sentiment, stating that she is not seeking financial support, but only official recognition of their son.
As of now, Sizza Man has not responded to the allegations. His silence has left fans questioning the truth behind the claims, with many awaiting his side of the story.
