NPFL: Nwobodo rejoins Rangers on two-year contract

Chidiebere Nwobodo has rejoined Rangers ahead of the 2025–26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.

Nwobodo previously played for the Flying Antelopes during the 2023–24 NPFL season.

The experienced midfielder has signed a two-year contract with coach Fidelis Ilechukwu’s side.

Nwobodo joins from Rwandan club APR FC in Kigali.

He made 102 NPFL appearances and scored 16 goals before his move abroad.

Nwobodo won the NPFL title with Rangers two seasons ago.
