Mathias Walukaga: “I’ve By no means Stepped Away From Music , I’m Nonetheless Very A lot Energetic”

Kadongo Kamu icon and politician Mathias Walukaga has firmly denied rumors that he stepped away from music to focus solely on politics.

Speculation had been growing among fans and critics alike, with many pointing to his reduced number of releases and infrequent stage performances. Some even assumed the “Ekizikiza” hitmaker had quietly put down the mic in favor of his political role.

But during a candid interview on Sanyuka Uncut, Walukagga set the record straight.

“I’ve never taken a break from music. I’m still very much active,Just last year, I held a successful concert in Namasuba. And this October, I have another concert lined up for my song ‘Wezuule’, which is currently trending on YouTube.”,he said.

Walukagga acknowledged that his political responsibilities may have changed how often he appears publicly, but he made it clear his passion for music is alive and well.
