August 8, 2025 Laterra, a growing player in Nigeria’s real estate sector, has officially unveiled its newest residential development, Ubasinachi Courtyard, located in Ubulu-uno, Delta State.

In a move uncommon in the real estate industry, the company also carried out immediate physical allocation of plots to buyers who invested during the pre-launch phase.

The unveiling event, which held at the estate site, marks a significant milestone in the project’s timeline, reflecting months of preparation, site development, and title processing.

Ubasinachi Courtyard is situated near prominent landmarks including the NDLEA Base, Reinelle Global, and the JJ Okocha Stadium, in a corridor currently witnessing notable infrastructural growth.

According to the company, the simultaneous unveiling and allocation reflect its commitment to transparency and investor confidence.

While physical allocations are often delayed in typical land transactions, Laterra’s delivery at this early stage is part of what the company describes as a “new standard” in land investment processes.

Speaking at the event, CEO Laterra, Benedict Obiajulu, noted that the estate was not just another product launch but the culmination of months of detailed work involving surveying, layout planning, and community coordination.

“This unveiling is not just ceremonial.

It represents our promise to buyers that when they trust us, we deliver, on time and on-site,” he said.

The estate offers residential plots in a gated layout with titles including registered survey and deed of assignment.

Laterra confirmed that while the estate has officially launched, a limited number of plots remain available at the ₦4 million pre-launch rate, though this offer is only valid for a short time. Ubasinachi Courtyard is the latest in the company’s “Ubasinachi” series of developments, aimed at providing structured and affordable land ownership to Nigerians across various states.

Industry observers say the combination of unveiling and same-day allocation may signal a shift in how property developers engage buyers and build credibility in a competitive market.
