Fulham midfielder, Alex Iwobi, has said the Whites must aim for a place in Europe next season, DAILY POST reports.

Marco Silva’s side finished in eighth position in the Premier League last season.

It was the West London club’s best-ever finish in the Premier League.

The position, however, was not enough to guarantee them a place in Europe.

Iwobi declared that the team’s impressive performance last term should motivate them to do better next season.

“What we achieved last season should be a stepping stone, a motivation, for us to achieve Europe now,” he told Sky Sports.
