The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) says the Cape Town International Airport has been ranked the best airport in the world in the 2025 AirHelp Score.
ACSA says the airport earned top marks for on-time performance and customer experience, scoring an overall rating of 8.5.
Durban’s King Shaka International Airport also made the global top 10, placing seventh and achieving the highest punctuality score among all airports that were assessed.
It says the rankings were based on feedback from over 13 000 passengers.
ACSA says its airports continue to support tourism, regional connectivity, and economic growth.
