The bail hearing of 42-year-old police officer accused of kidnapping 19-year-old Kamogelo Baukudi will resume today in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court in the Free State.
The Grade 11 learner from the Martie du Plessis special school was kidnapped while being driven home from school in Bloemfontein.
Last week, investigating officer Kelaotswe Lebodi testified that the accused Nzima Adoons had put the South African Police Service (SAPS) into disrepute.
Lebodi also said granting the accused bail would not be in the interest of justice.
